Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Telegraf application ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Telegraf is a third-party Telegram client for Apple Watch. It allows you to access your Telegram messages, send voice notes, view photos, and receive push notifications on your Apple Watch. Telegraf is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Telegram Messenger LLP.

2. Account and Authentication

• To use Telegraf, you must have a valid Telegram account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account credentials.
• Telegraf authenticates using Telegram's official MTProto protocol through the Telethon library.
• You can terminate your Telegraf session at any time by logging out of the app.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to send spam, bulk messages, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure
• Share your authenticated session with others

4. Intellectual Property

The Telegraf application, its design, code, and branding are the property of the Telegraf team. The Telegram name, logo, and protocol are trademarks of Telegram Messenger LLP. Apple Watch is a trademark of Apple Inc.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be available at all times or without interruption
• The App will be free of errors or bugs
• Messages will be delivered instantly or at all
• Voice transcription will be accurate

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Telegraf team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or messages
• Inability to access Telegram services
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Any interruption or cessation of the service

7. Beta Software

Telegraf is currently distributed as beta software via Apple TestFlight. As beta software, it may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. Your use of the beta version is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
